Everyone is born inherently good and worthwhile. If we receive enough loving attention during childhood, our self-esteem blossoms. For many reasons, however, most of us did not receive enough nurturing to develop a solid sense of self-esteem. Instead, a core of insecurity, self-doubt, and self-sabotaging behaviors may have developed.
The good news is that it’s never too late to reclaim our birthright: a solid sense of self — a self-image grounded in the truth that you are a valuable, loveable, worthwhile person!
Join counselor/life coach Eileen Colianni to explore ways our original self may have been harmed, guidelines for healing the hurt, concrete strategies for nurturing your self-esteem — the wellspring of inner peace — and much more!
