Join us for this six-part interactive workshop series of self-discovery designed to enhance your “second half of life.” Do you feel like you are in a rut? Do you feel as though your life could be richer, happier or more fulfilling? Do you feel as though you don’t know who you really are or what you really want? Have you undergone a major life change, such as divorce, death of a spouse, the empty nest or retirement? Or do you feel as though your life just needs a refresher, but you don’t know where to begin?
Through a series of discussions, exercises and sharing, we will go on a journey that will help you to make the choices that are right for you and the life you want to have.
The workshops will be held from June to November, once per month in the evening for two hours. They are free and open to the public, no registration required. The content is geared towards those age 40 and above. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions, but they may attend any number of the desired sessions. Please bring a notebook.
