Allegheny County has nine parks surrounding the city of Pittsburgh: Harrison Hills Park, Deer Lakes Park, Boyce Park, White Oak Park, Hartwood Acres Park, North Park, Round Hill Park, South Park and Settlers Cabin Park. On Thursday, June 6th, come visit the Old Stone Church and listen to the history of your county parks presented by park rangers Elise Cupps and Amanda Lobdell.
This event is sponsored by the Monroeville Historical Society and will take place at the Old Stone Church on Stroschein Road. For more information contac the MHS at 412.373.2045.
