ABOUT THE MONROEVILLE CONVENTION CENTER
Exhibit Success, Done Right
The Monroeville Convention Center takes care of exhibitors with easy access, flexible move-in policies, hands-on assistance, and package receiving services. Please note that outside food and beverages are generally not permitted to be served in the convention center, but requests for special exceptions can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by calling the sales office. For water hook-ups, drainage, and special waste disposal, notify your show promoter or call (412) 516-9222 with the specific show name and date to be directed to the Sales and Events Manager.

Are you an exhibitor at an upcoming show? The Monroeville Convention Center offers convenient package receiving and shipping services for exhibitors and event planners. We have the support you need so you can focus on what is really important: your exhibit, booth, or presentation!

- Delivery prior to 3 days in advance of event will be charged $20 per package per day under 100 lbs. SEE OUR SERVICE ORDER FORM
- Delivery prior to 3 days in advance of event will be charged $30 per package per day over 100 lbs. SEE OUR SERVICE ORDER FORM
- After the show vendors/exhibitors are welcome to leave their packages at the center to be shipped out. All vendors ARE RESPONSIBLE for scheduling a pick-up of outgoing packages from the Convention Center with the carrier. We do not deliver packages to any carrier drop-off locations.
- All vendors ARE RESPONSIBLE for printing and placing the packaging labels on all outgoing packages.
- Packages will be held for pick-up for one business day following the conclusion of the show at no charge. After one day, the packages are subject to a daily storage fee. SEE OUR SERVICE ORDER FORM
