ABOUT THE MONROEVILLE CONVENTION CENTER
Convenient & versatile space for modern events!
The Monroeville Convention Center is a state-of-the-art 78,000-square-foot event space that holds over 5,000 visitors and is ideal for mid-sized to smaller events. The North Hall, with its 32’-high ceiling and 44,000 square feet of floor space, accommodates 270 10’ x 10’ booths, or 450 8′ x 10′ booths, configured in virtually any arrangement you require. The South Hall, with an additional 35,000 square feet, holds up to 130 booths and can be divided into four private breakout rooms. These two expansive halls can be combined or divided to fit any event.
It is a service-oriented facility with more flexibility than larger traditional exhibit venues. Staff will set up pipe and drape, signage and booth furnishings, audiovisual gear, catering, security, and space layouts.
Best of all, the location just outside of Pittsburgh makes it convenient for guests and budget-smart for event planners and show promoters. The convention center is located within easy driving distance of numerous major North American cities: Washington DC, Detroit, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Toronto, Baltimore, Buffalo, Harrisburg, and Columbus… just 12 miles east of Pittsburgh!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I sign up to be an exhibitor? How much does it cost to be an exhibitor at a show?
Each show is individually managed and promoted. Please see our Calendar of Events and follow the link or call the phone number listed for the shows you are interested in to find out more about exhibitor rates, terms, and conditions.
Can I hang signs in the building for attendees to see? May my non-profit organization have a table at no charge to raise awareness or funds? May we sell or display items outside of your building on the sidewalk to raise funds for our organization?
Each show charges fees for the privilege of being a vendor to sell goods and services or to raise awareness to attendees that the show has marketed to. This includes nonprofit organizations who have paid to exhibit. It would not be fair for us to allow you to do it for free. Contact the show promoter to find out how to sign up to be an official exhibitor or display at their show.
What are the hours of the show I am attending?
Each event and show has its own hours, which you can find by clicking on the show’s website link on the Event Calendar.
What are the admission prices and policies for each show?
Most shows and events are run by individual promoters, so they all have different admission rates and policies. Please check the specific show’s link for information about prices and policies.
Can I buy tickets online or at the box office?
We do not have a box office for advance ticket purchases. Please obtain the phone number or web address for information about each specific show. The phone and web information can be found on the Events Calendar.
Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes. Please call 412-516-9222 and ask for Lost and Found.
Do you have an ATM machine in the convention center?
Yes, we have 4 ATM’s located within the Convention Center. Three are located in the North Hall, and one is located in the South Hall.
Is there food and drink for purchase at the MCC?
Yes, for most shows we operate a full-service concession stand with light foods, snacks and often adult beverages. For these shows, we typically accept cash and credit cards as payment. A select number of events offer limited concessions on a cash basis, or on occasion no concessions. When in doubt, call ahead to 412-516-9222 and ask.
May I use your kitchen to store/reheat food samples, or to rinse dishes?
Unfortunately our kitchen space is quite compact, and every inch of storage, preparation, and cleanup space is allotted to the needs of the culinary team. For certain shows, we may make exceptions to this rule. Please contact the Sales Office at 412-516-9222 to inquire about kitchen rental for your specific food and catering needs.
